Where to Start?

With so much to do on this website it can be a little daunting to find out which areas you will need to focus on. To make it easier for you we've developed some questions for you to complete in your Survival Guide to help you identify any weak points that you may have relating to wellbeing.
For each area write the green title and answer each question below the title. When you have finished the questions, read through your answers and check to see what your answers tell you. When answering true/ false, yes/ no questions you only need to follow the link if your answer is the same as the word at the end of the sentence.

The Academic area is not covered to the same depth as the other four wellbeing areas but it is still an important part of mental wellbeing. Click the link if your answer to the statements is the one provided.
